We’re seeing back to back to back Jujutsu Kaisen protagonists, all of which work together.
Oh, and I promise there’s a reason behind the madness.
Not only are you guys consistently requesting Jujutsu Kaisen characters like crazy to join our Anime Workouts Database – to the point where we now even have our own mini-workout-database devoted to all of our Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workouts – BUT, these characters also are beginning to prep us for our listicle featuring the most powerful Jujutsu Kaisen characters of all time!
None of them made our most recent list on The Most Popular Jujutsu Kaisen Characters, although I personally love Mahito, and they’re coming in with a vengeance that starts with how powerful they are.
Yuta Okkotsu Stats:
Real Name: Yuta Okkotsu
Height: 5’8
Weight: N/A
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Yuka Okkotsu’s height and weight weren’t available on his Wiki or any other Fandom, but fans guesstimate his height around 5’8+ based on his appearance next to other characters.
I would agree with this from what I’ve seen, or even guess slightly taller.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Yuta Okkotsu Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Yuka Okkotsu Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started with building out Yuta Okkotsu’s workout we’re going to have to pull some background information to help us out.
For this we’re going to be utilizing his Wiki Fandom page, starting with what they provide for his initial bio:
Yuta Okkotsu is the main protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen’s prequel series Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High. He was initially a special grade cursed human haunted by his late childhood friend, Rika Orimoto. Satoru Gojo mentored Yuta and enrolled him at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Yuta is currently a second-year student at Jujutsu High. He was training overseas in Africa with Miguel until after the Shibuya Incident when he returned to Tokyo.
Yuta lacks confidence and it shows in his overall appearance as well.
His Wiki describes his aesthetic as such:
Yuta is a young man of average size with disheveled black hair and dark blue eyes. His body language makes it easy to tell that Yuta is very stressed. His posture is very unconfident, and he has dark eyelids due to lack of sleep.
Moving into his powers and abilities, though, Yuta begins to shine and we begin being able to utilize some of this information to build out a routine.
They start by explaining his initial “overall abilities” section as follows:
Overall Skill Level: Yuta is one of four special grade sorcerers recognized by Jujutsu High. While being haunted by Rika’s cursed spirit, Yuta was immediately registered as a special grade due to Rika’s immense power. He apparently dominated all of the Kyoto students in the 2017 Goodwill Event and was able to defeat Suguru Geto after releasing the limiters on Rika’s power.
Yes, you read that right: he was even able to defeat Suguru Geto on one occasion!
They continue talking about his training in terms of his overall abilities, stating:
After training with Gojo and the other students, Yuta learns to control his cursed energy and becomes reliable with a sword. Even after Rika’s curse is dispelled, Yuta still retains his special grade ranking, and Gojo has stated that Yuta has the potential to surpass him. Yuta’s great power comes from being a descendant of one of the Big Three Vengeful Spirits of Japan. It is the reason he cursed Rika when he rejected her death at a young age.
Yuta trained for the majority of 2018 overseas with Miguel, a talented sorcerer commended by Gojo. Since his return, Yuta has become a masterful jujutsu sorcerer entrusted by the jujutsu higher-ups to handle curses and execute Sukuna’s vessel. Upon confronting Yuji, Naoya Zenin, and Choso, both exceptional jujutsu users recognized that Yuta was far more powerful. Naoya, especially, who prides himself on his abilities, quickly ally himself to Yuta to avoid any potential conflict. Choso advised Yuji to run at all costs because fighting Yuta would ensure death, comparing his strength to Satoru Gojo’s.
Yup! In this section his strength was compared to Saturo Gojo!
First Geto and then Gojo…
They also talk about the fact that he is an expert swordsman.
They break it down like this:
Expert Swordsman: Yuta was given a katana mainly to channel Rika’s power. Through vigorous training with Maki, a cursed tool user, Yuta became decent with a sword, able to hold his own against powerful cursed spirits and even Suguru Geto, who has exceptional physical prowess. As a second-year student Yuta continues to wield his katana as his main weapon. He is far more proficient and moves extremely well as a swordsman. Yuta reinforces his body and blade with cursed energy, allowing him to wield it with superhuman physical prowess. He defeated a large high-level cursed spirit with a diving stab so powerful it cracked the ground beneath the curse.
We’ll have to take this into consideration while building out the routine.
We’re going to be training for insane power levels while also looking to be strong with exceptional agility and endurance.
Think you can handle the volume it’s going to take?

Omg, finally!! I’m definitely posting an update when I’ve done this workout for a while.
Awesome ! You gotta check for updates more often, though 😛 This went up nearly a year ago.
What is a tri-set and how do i do one??
Similar to a superset, but with 3 movements instead of 2. You complete all three movements with no break, one after another, and then you break between the three (so three movements = one sets or a tri-set).
