Next up to join our Baki Inspired Workouts is the GIGANTIC Biscuit Oliva.
While he might not be as tall as characters like Pickle and Yujiro, Biscuit is absolutely ginormous with the amount of mass he has, and is similar to Pickle in his fighting style, which is brute force.
But, before I get too far ahead of myself and spoil our workout routine research section, I’ll stop there.
He’s going to…obviously…be one of our BIG character answers for anyone taking our Baki Workout Placement Quiz – and we’ll need this workout to live up to that.
He’s also going to be a great addition to our Anime Workouts Database overall as he’s been requested by you guys numerous times now with the release of the new Baki season coming!
Biscuit Oliva Stats:
Real Name: Biscuit Oliva
Height: 5’11
Weight: 330 lbs.
Anime: Baki
Powers: No
As I said above, Biscuit Oliva may not be a mountain in height, but he’s a boulder in size and mass.
To put it in perspective, someone like Dwayne Johnson has nearly half a foot on Biscuit, but Biscuit has nearly ONE HUNDRED pounds on him in muscle.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Biscuit Oliva Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Biscuit Oliva Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
I’ll tell you right now, we are going to be training for MASS and STRENGTH for this one, but we’ll still be pulling right from Biscuit Oliva’s Wiki Fandom page to learn more about him nonetheless.
Here’s how they start off his initial bio:
Biscuit Oliva, sometimes romanized as Biscuit Oriba, is a fictional character from anime and manga series of Baki the Grappler. An assassin working for the US government as well as being a special jailer in the Arizona State Prison. He possesses an iron body and is almost invulnerable to anything. In the English dubbing of the second season, his name was changed to Oliver.
Oliva is also known as “Mr. Unchained”.
Mr. Unchained uses a technique referred to as “Brute Force”!
Here’s how they describe some of his tactics in his abilities section:
Oliva is a gigantic man with such musculature as to look overweight when wearing a suit. His muscles are dense enough to repel close-range shotgun blasts and thrusts from a katana even before tightening them. Even Sikorsky’s barrage of sharp knuckle strikes fails to cut his chest. He boasts the only training he needs is to keep his muscles in check all day, with his usual training routine consisting of pulling a helicopter down to the ground with nothing but his bare hands. Oliva also has an incredible amount of endurance and stamina, as well as a massive tolerance to pain, being able to tank attacks which could knock, fatally injure or kill others head-on with only slight or no injuries. He relies primarily on the strength and durability granted by his massive muscles, which is demonstrated when he managed to overpower a group of Olympic-level judokas with minimal effort. As well as when he easily broke the spine of Kaiou You, who bragged that his body was as strong as diamonds, with one move. His punches are so strong that they often cave in the chest of his opponents, killing them instantly. He once punched Jun Guevaru so hard that all the GPS of the world started to shake and malfunction. In his fight with Baki Hanma, he rushed through four prison rooms and punched Baki through a steel door. He could slam Baki to the ground and made a dent 30 cm deep. During the fight between Baki and Pickle, it was speculated that due to Oliva’s size, strength, and fighting style he would go for a frontal attack against Pickle if the two ever fought. It was also stated that this would be a fellowship of two warriors with the same beliefs.
That’s right, he has enough mass on him to just completely block shotgun blasts and even katana swings.
Here’s how they continue his ability section:
He also has an inhuman recovery speed, as he’s managed to rapidly heal several hole-shaped scars he got from shotgun pellets just by eating steak. As the series went on, Oliva was still amongst the biggest muscles. Yet he lost a sparring (meaning they traded blow for blow using nothing but power and weight) match with Baki and got destroyed by Nomi no Sukune II. He later gets all of his ribs broken by Nomi’s sheer grip strength and was slammed onto the floorboard. Luckily he survived as Nomi stated that if it had been a solid concrete floor, he would’ve died.
So we’ll mainly be training about insane amounts of strength and mass, but if you want to take it a step further you should note that you should be increasing your protein intake with some steak as well!
For this one we’re going to be pulling from our 90 Day Systems and Academy a bit, which have even been used to help train new U.S. Marines – specifically The Academy 90 Day System in conjunction with The Behemoth Program.
I’ll also be bringing in some old school bodybuilding and even powerlifting techniques for this one, so be ready to lift HEAVY!

Could i do this in a gym
As opposed to where?
Does the Biscuit Olivia workout have more of a strength focus than the Jack Hanma one? If not, what are the main differences in the goals of the programs?
Both have very similar goals but Olivia’s follows a 5 set pyramid training structure start with high volume accessory work and Hanma revolves around reverse pyramid training followed by both high volume accessory work and programmed cardio. Really comes down to preference at that point. I would try them both and see which you prefer.
how many% force on sets?
btw i use baki for about 1 month and i am already seeing results
We use specific calcs inside Plus Ultra; but you don’t necessarily need a %. Could be different week to week; as long as you’re shooting for overall progressive overload.
