Our Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts are growing more and more every week.
We already have nearly ten workouts in there and eventually they’ll even get their own Unofficial Workout Booklet added among our other booklets.
Baji is one of our fan-favorites, so he’s coming in next – but I’ll admit to also having a bit of a bias for him and putting him ahead of one or two other picks.
Baji came in at number six among our list of the most popular Tokyo Revengers characters and even landed himself at number nine among our most powerful Tokyo Revengers characters.
So even with my bias he’s still an awesome pick for our Workout Database.
Baji Stats:
Real Name: Keisuke Baji
Height: 5’9
Weight: 127
Anime: Tokyo Revengers
Powers: No
Baji’s listed weight is likely much less than he really should be listed at, but he’s actually a bit taller than the average height range when compared to other male anime characters.
Although he’s DEFINITELY still dwarfed by a bunch of our behemoths inside our Anime Workouts Database.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Baji Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Baji Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Baji we’re going to be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page, which leads off with this:
Keisuke Baji was the First Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and one of its founding members.
And if we move into what they list for his “Skills” – or what we’d normally see listed as a “Powers and Abilities” section, they also tell us a bit about his Authority.
Here’s how they break it down:
Being the captain of Toman’s first division, Baji has authority and command over his entire platoon, and directly over Chifuyu Matsuno, his vice-captain. It is not clear what his authority was under Valhalla if any, although possibly higher than average due to his strength and loyalty test.
From there we can move into the GOOD stuff.
Next up is his “Fighting Prowess” section, which is going to really break down what we’re working with to build out this routine.
Here’s what they tell us about him and his abilities:
Baji is one of Toman’s strongest fighters who is able to hold his own against several strong opponents by himself. His endurance is nothing to laugh at either, as he is able to fight his way past 50 enemies with a deep stab wound in his back and only having an iron bar by his side, only collapsing as he began suffering from anemia.
Baji has incredible physical strength, in his past, Baji was able to defeat Mandala’s leader with a single punch to his face so strong that the wall he was slammed into was cracked.
The main focus here is going to be his overall strength, which they make clear is incredibly powerful.
They mentioned it within his authority and then made a strong point with it in his fighting prowess.
The secondary focus is going to be his endurance. We always make this a priority among our Tokyo Revengers characters and our fighters within our Workout Database, so that will still be on the bracket, just slightly behind our strength gains.
Although we’re going to be basing this one around a calisthenics and bodyweight focus, we will still be hitting specific movements hard to build up the strength, and then throw in supersets and tri-sets to build up on the endurance.
So be ready for volume, but also be ready to scale up.
