Samuel Seo is humongous.
We’ve been growing out our Lookism Inspired Workouts and I have tons of requests for Samuel Seo, with some of them specifically asking for a calisthenics variation, but this one is definitely going to be done with weight training.
I brought in five other Lookism characters already and Samuel Seo will be our sixth, with three in each training style (calisthenics and weight training), so if you’re a member of our bodyweight family inside The SHJ Army, you have more characters to choose from and don’t have to worry.
That said, I’ll also be bringing in more characters and already have the next few weeks planned out – with this week getting two different Lookism characters just to be able to keep up with the requests.
Samuel Seo Stats:
Real Name: Samuel Seo
Height: 6’5
Weight: N/A
Anime/Manga: Lookism
Powers: No
Samuel Seo joins our behemoths within our Anime Workouts Database.
Not only does he have tons of mass, but he’s also extremely tall.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Samuel Seo Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Samuel Seo Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Samuel Seo we’ll be starting with his extremely brief bio given to us by his Wiki Fandom page here:
Samuel Seo is the president of the Workers 3rd and 4th affiliates.
This doesn’t really tell us much at all, but it does get us started with a bit of background to get us moving in the right direction.
They do give us a bunch of information about his fighting prowess, but a lot of our training style is going to come from his massive physique.
For that reason I’ll also be sharing a bit that they give us for his appearance section:
Samuel Seo is introduced appearing sophisticated and more mature than his actual age. He has fair skin, with a strong V-Shaped jawline and dark, narrow eyes. His figure is extremely muscular, with a more prominent, broader chest and arms than a majority of characters. His black hair is combed back neatly, and he wears slender, rectangular glasses. He is revealed to bear tattoos, consisting of Sak Yant and images of various objects. He is considered to be attractive by societal standards, as Amy notes.
We can definitely agree with the extremely muscular part of that breakdown.
We learn a bit more from his fighting prowess, but nothing too crazy that’s going to swing the tables on our training style.
Here’s what they tell us about Samuel Seo’s fighting abilities:
Samuel’s fighting style reflects its owner’s own savagery fueled by inferiority. His style has been described by many as vicious and uncontrollable with liberal usage of weapons such as brass knuckles. Samuel prefers to overwhelm his opponents with raw strength with a tendency towards punches. Samuel’s style is such that his defeated opponents are damaged beyond necessity.
Samuel has been shown to make him able to be on par with Jake Kim and Daniel Park. In the past, he was able to defeat all crew heads after first awakening to his style. Samuel notes that his power peaks when his body feels like it’s “burning up.” He described this “burning up” as “madness caused by self-hatred.” Zack Lee also experienced this phenomenon and became very strong.
As I mentioned: this doesn’t really change the goals of our training, but it does tell us more about Seo’s background and helps us wrap up where we need to be.
That means the goals for our Samuel Seo Inspired Workout are:
- Samuel Seo’s Massive Physique and Overall Aesthetic
- Samuel Seo’s Extreme Strength
- Samuel Seo’s Fighter Speed and Endurance
So we’re still looking to become well rounded, but the majority of this one will be focused on mass and strength.
I’m going to be building this one out around an intermediate lifting schedule, but you can also decide to start with our Beginner Behemoth Workout or any of our Beginner Workouts if you’d like to start there and level your way up a bit to this one.
