Taejin Jin is often regarded as the strongest human alive in The God Of High School.
Which is why I continue to get tons of requests for him even without The God Of High School having a rise in popularity the way other anime and manga are currently having.
So far we’ve only had two variations of training styles for Jin Mori with our Jin Mori Inspired Workout (weight training) and our Jin Mori Inspired Calisthenics Workout as well.
But now we’re bringing in Taejin Jin and we’re going to be training to become insanely powerful.
For this one we’re going to be lifting weights but also incorporating calisthenics and intensity as well to make this a super intense hybrid training system.
Taejin Jin Stats:
Real Name: Taejin Jin
Height: 6’1
Weight: 185 lbs.
Anime/Manga: The God Of High School
Powers: Yes
Taijin Jin is actually fairly tall compared to male anime characters.
He’s about a half a foot off of being considered a behemoth among our Anime Workouts but he comes in as a character that will help bring up the average height among the anime males – which has been a theme of ours the last few months.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Taejin Jin Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Taejin Jin Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Taijin Jin we’ll be pulling right from his Wiki Fandom page which starts off with this:
Jin Taejin is Jin Mori’s adoptive grandfather and the sole master of Renewal Taekwondo. He was the captain of an elite group of soldiers that were sent as spies to North Korea called the RE Taekwondo Force.
After RagnarÖk ended. Mujin assassinated him and made him look like one of the biggest criminals in the world by framing him as a traitor and one of those responsible for starting the great war.
During the final battle between Mubong and Dan Mori, it was revealed how Park Mujin betrayed him and framed him.
17 years after Park Mubong’s death, Jin Taejin is now seen as a hero and a special human cultural asset.
This doesn’t really tell us the actual power level that Taejin Jin possesses, but we’ll get to that to really see how we have to build out this routine.
Here’s how they start us off by telling us a bit about his overall abilities:
Jin Taejin is the founder of Renewal Taekwondo and the teacher of Jin Mori. He is easily one of the strongest human characters as he defeated ‘The Six’, the strongest masters of their respective styles, when they tried to capture him for interrogation. He wiped out a mountain with a single Hoechook attack. Whenever he uses Renewal Taekwondo they are on a much broader scale and shows additional uses. Jin Taejin is so powerful that one of The Six questioned how he could be defeated by a Bishop.
In fact, it’s revealed, through Baek Seung-Chul’s deduction, that the only reason The Nox managed to capture Jin Taejin in the first place was that his balance was thrown off after having to sacrifice one of his own arms, which had been poisoned, and also due to the taboo restricting him from harming a god (the King of the Earth’s summoned Nephilim). Even then they still incurred countless casualties in the fight against him. As a testament to his strength, The King wants to make him the next God of Combat following First Crown Prince of Natak’s death. During The King’s talk with Daewi, the former used Jin Taejin as an example of humans born once in thousand years who were able to challenge the gods.
Just to break that down a bit and pick a piece for us to discuss, here’s what they give us in just the second sentence here: “He is easily one of the strongest human characters as he defeated ‘The Six’, the strongest masters of their respective styles, when they tried to capture him for interrogation.”
Easily one of the strongest human characters!
That’s what we’re working around.
From there they go on to break down each one of his abilities, going into depth for each like this:
It is mentioned that Jin Taejin has entered a new level of martial arts that allows him to truly hurt Gods like Odin; his kick made the bone of the god’s arm shatter internally, and Jin Taejin was confident that if it had connected to the head, it would have split Odin into two.
- Master Martial Artist: Jin Taejin is easily one of the strongest humans ever lived. His level of martial arts is a different levels compared to almost anyone else’s. Kim Ungyeo once described him as “Once every a thousand years, born Jin Taejin, a human that is stronger than gods.” Despite that he is described to be born with ‘demons’ inside him, Jin Taejin is not undefeatable. Jin Taejin was one of the 50 South Korean martial arts experts that summoned by the government to fought Lee Suhyeok, and he got defeated in that battle. However, he avenged himself by doing a rematch (which is also a test to see if Re-Taekwondo is effective enough against ITF Taekwondo by the government) with Lee Suhyeok, eventually resulting in Suhyeok’s death.
- Superhuman Endurance: Jin TaeJin has shown remarkable endurance and stamina. Several times he has received massive injuries from opponents, only to continue fighting despite pain and fatigue, like when an unknown Charyeok was used to poison his left arm and weakened him considerably, he was still able to defeat the majority of The Nox members that confronted him and fight evenly with a Bishop-class opponent. Even when Jin Taejin was dying from Park Mujin’s literal backstabbing enhanced with 17 years worth of stored power in The Cross, the former was able to muster enough willpower to counter-attack and left Mu-Bong injured.
- Superhuman Agility: Due to the natural strengthening of his body from training, he has supernatural Agility. He is agile enough to move in any way he deems necessary. He has shown the ability to effortlessly flip and jump around in a fight, using most surfaces to his advantage.
- Superhuman Strength: Jin Taejin has shown his incredible strength numerous times throughout the series during many fights. Taejin has blown apart arenas, buildings, mountains and a surrounding city with a single kick even after fighting for hours. His strength was so great that The Six thought he made contract with Heracles, although Jin Taejin himself show disdain towards Charyeok users as he is a true fighter.
- Superhuman Speed: Jin Taejin has shown remarkable speed. Several times he has closed the distance from opponents and appear near them in an instant. His true speed is closer to “hypersonic” and possibly beyond.
I wasn’t kidding when I was intentionally making it clear that we have our work cut out for us here…
The goals for our Taijin Jin Inspired Workout are:
- Taijin Jin’s Superhuman Strength and Endurance
- Taijin Jin’s Superhuman Speed and Agility
- Taijin Jin’s Shredded Muscular Physique
As I mentioned above: this one is going to be extremely intense.
It will be high volume and built around an intermediate to advanced level; though you will have the opportunity to scale it down a bit as well.
For those of you who aren’t ready to jump into a routine at this level you can also start with one of our Beginner Workouts and slowly build your way up to this one.
