We went on an initial rampage, filling up our Blue Lock Inspired Workouts with nearly a dozen different characters as requests flooded in.
Now we’ve seen a bit of a dip back to the normal 100+ request a day even out around other characters, but we still get them coming in for Michael Kaiser!
Kaiser came in at number two among our top ten best Blue Lock players, and since then you guys have been making it clear we have to get him on the site as soon as possible.
Kaiser, as I’ll break down more below, might not have a big physique like Baro or Kunigami, but he still has the fastest kick speed and an insanely powerful shot to match that – so for this one we’ll be training using a full body hybrid full body split specifically made for Kaiser’s skill level.
Michael Kaiser Stats:
Real Name: Michael Kaiser
Height: N/A (But Tall)
Weight: N/A
Anime/Manga: Blue Lock
Powers: No
We don’t have specific stats for Kaiser, but we do know he’s fairly tall – which is saying something considering Blue Lock players already come in above average height compared to other male anime characters we see on the site.
That said, he definitely doesn’t stand in with the behemoths within our Anime Workouts Database, but we can guesstimate him to be a few inches above 6’0 like some of the other characters.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Michael Kaiser Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Michael Kaiser Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Michael Kaiser I’ll be pulling information right from his Wiki Fandom page, starting with his bio section here:
Michael Kaiser is a prodigy U-20 forward from Germany and he plays for Bastard München during the Neo Egoist League as the team’s ace and main striker. Kaiser is regarded as a genius and is also a member of the New Generation World XI.
Kaiser’s genius level intellect is something we’ll touch on when we break down his abilities, but it’s definitely not the only thing that makes him one of the best Blue Lock players..
When we move down into Kaiser’s abilities we can start by discussing the fact that he’s seen as a Clinical Finisher:
Clinical Finisher: Clinical finishers are forwards that specialize in their accurate shooting ability. They are “clinical” in that they need few opportunities to score a goal being able to strike and place the ball exactly where it will beat the goalkeeper. They can be identified by their high goal to shots ratio. Clinical strikers usually play as centre forwards though other attacking players can often be said to be clinical finishers.
From there they also go on to talk about a handful of other skills, though none of them really go into how we’ll build our routine:
Professional Football Technique: Kaiser is regarded as a genius player in the professional world of football. He plays football for one of the best teams in the world as the main striker. His skills are highly respected by teammates, opposing teams, club owners, investors, and even the best striker in the world. His skill and technique is so high level that his team’s style of play and philosophy revolve around him and his style of play.
Meta Vision: A term used to describe a player’s evolved vision that gives them an omnipotent perspective of the field. Using his eyes to constantly take in information from his central and peripheral vision, Kaiser constantly collects data on every player, every play they make, and their positions on the field; mixed with his high football IQ, Kaiser is able to interpret that data and use it to heighten every move he makes to unpredictable levels and find opportunities before others can. This ability escapes the logic of even the most highly advanced football players. Mixed with his other abilities, Kaiser is able to dominate the field creating illogical opportunities born from his vision.
Off the Ball Movements: A term used to describe the moments where players are not in possession of the ball. Kaiser uses these moments to position himself where he can always receive a pass, whether in his opponents’ or teammates’ blind spots. When marked by a defender, Kaiser always runs towards the course most troublesome to his opposition and then immediately steps in the opposite direction of their center of gravity to bypass them finding an open position for himself.
Kaiser Impact: Kaiser performs a high level volley that is so fast that it is hard to even see him kick the ball or see the ball go into the goal. Mixed with his Metavision, Kaiser is able to fearlessly score near impossible shots with extreme accuracy. His shot has the speed and power to pass by the heads of five defenders in front of the goal and the goalie with pinpoint accuracy into the goal.
We can pull a bit from here, like his speed and power, but we’ll talk a bit more about those as well.
Here’s how they finish off his abilities:
With an omnipotent vision, high football IQ, the fastest kick speed in the world and a powerful shot to match, Kaiser is the ace scorer for Bastard München. Kaiser is easily able to get into an ideal scoring position, receive any kind of pass, and create space for himself when pressured by the opposition to score effortless and illogical goals.
Not only does Kaiser have the fastest kick speed in the world, but he also has an immense amount of power behind the kick.
On top of that he is extremely fast, so we’ll need to be able to replicate that speed and kick while still keeping a lean and toned physique like him.
That means the goals for our Michael Kaiser Inspired Workout are:
- Michael Kaiser’s Lean and Toned Physique
- Michael Kaiser’s Speed and Strength
- Michael Kaiser’s Endurance and Kick Power/Speed
This one is going to be built around a full body training split that is also hybrid so we can use weights to gain strength while also tacking on calisthenics training to stay nimble, agile and build body control.
Stack this with a ton of intensity, core work and endurance training and we’re going to be in a great spot.
If you want to scale this one down all three of our Beginner Workouts are great options considering this one is going to be utilizing all three styles of training.
Check out all The SHJ Programs and start unleashing your inner SuperHuman.
