Jujutsu Kaisen is getting our next big listicle along with Naruto.
Naruto obviously already has it’s own mini-workout-database within our Anime Workouts Database, but Jujutsu Kaisen will be joining them, MHA, ATLA and DBZ before you know it.
Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer are definitely the current favorites among the newer shows that are constantly growing among our anime workouts – although One Piece is finally getting the love it deserves within our request forms as well.
Last week we saw our Sukuna, Nobara Kugisaki and Panda Inspired Workouts, and this week we’re getting another two to cap off what will be a perfect wrap up of the most popular characters in the series thus far.
Toge Inumaki Stats:
Real Name: Toge Inumaki
Height: 5’5
Weight: N/A
Anime: Jujutsu Kaisen
Powers: Yes
Toge Inumaki comes in right around an average height we’d normally see among male anime characters.
He’s only 16-17, and we’ve been seeing more of a higher range, but I’d still consider 5’5 to be average (for now, at least).
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Toge Inumaki Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hulk may get something specifically different)**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Toge Inumaki Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To get us started we’re going to be pulling right from Toge’s Wiki Fandom page with a brief bio.
Here’s what they tell us about him:
Toge Inumaki is a supporting character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a descendant of the Toge Family who inherited the rare and powerful Cursed Speech technique. Toge is a second-year at Tokyo Jujutsu High along Yuta, Maki, and Panda.
We’ve already seen Maki and Panda so it looks like Yuta is going to eventually have to make an appearance as well!
Although, spoiler alert, that’s not the other character we’re getting this week…
Moving onto Toge’s overall powers and abilities they say:
Overall Skill Level: As a member of the Inumaki family, Toge is a respected semi-grade 1 sorcerer. Next to Aoi Todo, Toge is considered to be among the strongest and most respected jujutsu student outside of Yuta and Hakari. His cursed technique and athletic ability have earned him a strong reputation among the students and even Geto believed he was a sorcerer blessed with great potential. Toge is highly intelligent with high stamina as well as an expert understanding of how to wield his powerful cursed technique.
We can highlight things like his stamina and obviously his overall athletic ability as well.
While he is considered one of the strongest, they don’t necessarily mean in sheer strength like you might think of Aoi Todo, though.
Here’s what they go on to discuss more specifically:
High Mobility: While not quite as fast as freaks of nature like Yuji or Maki, Toge is a very athletic individual. He is quick on his feet and very nimble, able to evade Hanami’s attacks and lead him on a long chase through the battlefield until Toge could find his comrades. Toge was also one of the only students in the baseball game who took a base clean after batting and remained a threat to steal. Even Yuji was surprised by Toge’s speed, which Maki also endorsed.
High Endurance: Toge’s cursed speech requires a high amount of stamina to use. It causes extreme throat irritation that can cause Toge to cough up blood if overused. Despite this, Toge continues fighting even after reaching his limit and can still unleash commands against higher level opponents.
So for this one we’re going to be using a few days of calisthenics training paired with endurance work to get the full scope of Toge style training.
We’ll still tone up and build that mobility (and we’ll even add in some parkour training), but the majority will come from endurance work.
Think you’re ready for it?

Toge Inumaki Workout Routine
Training Volume:
3-5 days per week
Explanation:
For this one we’re actually going to be working around calisthenics and endurance training. You’ll have your base calisthenics training each day and then you’ll have optional work at the end depending on how much endurance training you fit into your training (which should be a decent amount if you want to be like Toge). Another two days a week you will also be expected to utilize Parkour Training, but if you opt not to you can either add in some active rest days OR even some optional HIIT work.
Want To Upgrade This Workout?
The Superhero Academy now comes with an Upgrade Your Workout Tool that allows Academy members to turn any SHJ workout into a 4-8 week fully planned regime detailing exact weights to lift and including reverse & traditional pyramid training, straight sets, super sets, progressive overload and more.
