We recently saw a couple Dr. Stone characters appear in our Anime Workouts Database – but how could we not have Tsukasa!?
Trick question: of course we need Tsukasa!
We started off with our Senku Ishigami Inspired Workout and then also got our Kohaku Inspired Workout, but now it’s time to bring in the leader of The Tsukasa Empire!
We’ll learn more about Tsukasa and his Tsukasa Empire in our workout routine research section below, but for now we’ll discuss some stats and other information.
If you guys keep enjoying our Dr. Stone Inspired Workouts we’ll even be able to add a Workout Placement Quiz for it soon!
Tsukasa Stats:
Real Name: Tsukasa
Height: 6′4
Weight: 218 lbs.
Anime: Dr. Stone
Powers: No
Tsukasa is HUGE, but also extremely lean.
To give it a good comparison: Dwayne Johnson is around the same height, but has 10-20 lbs. on Tsukasa.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Tsukasa Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Tsukasa Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
Starting off our research into Tsukasa and how we’ll be able to build a workout around him we’ll need to pull some information from his Wiki Fandom.
Here’s the start of his bio section:
Tsukasa Shishio is the former primary antagonist of Dr. Stone. He was the antagonist of the first several arcs, his goal being to thin out the human population in order to create a new world without modern technology for the pure-hearted.
Despite his claims that no threat would come after Senku and Taiju, which proved ironic, Tsukasa became one of the biggest obstacles to Senku’s Kingdom of Science and restoring humanity as a whole in general.
Obviously Tsukasa is warrior, but we’ll also be training around his overall muscular and lean aesthetic.
Thankfully his abilities actually fit perfectly with how we’d want to train to achieve his overall physique.
Here’s how they break down his initial powers and abilities section:
Tsukasa’s reputation gained him the moniker of “The Strongest High School Primate” due to his tremendous fighting abilities. The translators note that Shishiou Tsukasa means Lion Ruler. Even Hyoga acknowledged his skill and had to wait for Tsukasa to be vulnerable to betray him.
Hyoga is another warrior we’ll eventually see here at SHJ if you guys continue liking our Dr. Stone Inspired Workouts – but for now we’ll need to just be aware he’s also an extremely powerful fighter.
Although Tsukasa doesn’t have any “powers”, his list of abilities is thorough!
Here’s how they break down the physical abilities we’ll be able to take into account while building a workout:
- Immense Physical Prowess: True to his epithet, Tsukasa possesses physical capabilities head and shoulders above the rest of the cast.
- Immense Strength: Tsukasa possesses immense brawn. With one punch, he was able to kill the leader of a pride of lions, scaring the rest of the pride off. One punch from Tsukasa was able to push Taiju, a man noted for his inhuman endurance, to the brink of losing consciousness. While briefly clashing with Kohaku, Tsukasa stopped her assault with only two fingers. He also managed to cut down a tree with a single strike from his stone sword, a tree that Senku noted to weigh 1 ton. During his time in America, Tsukasa was able to hunt and kill large American Alligators with help from the other warriors.
- Immense Speed: Tsukasa’s speed and reflexes are equally immense. When Senku shot a crossbow bolt at Tsukasa, he simply caught the bolt with his bare hand, with Senku later noting that the bolts moved at 200 km/h. He was also able to easily parry all of Kohaku’s swift attacks during their quick scuffle.
- Hand-to-Hand Proficiency
- Swordsmanship
- Enhanced Senses
- Enhanced Durability
His Wiki Fandom also breaks down the last few categories with additional information, but I only left the initial descriptions for the sake of what is necessary to what we’re working with and also fun, warranted information.
For this one we’ll need to focus in on strength, speed and aesthetics to become Tsukasa.
That means we’ll be using weight training paired with core work, calisthenics and even some endurance work for extra fat burn and stamina.
Think you can handle training to become the great warrior, Tsukasa?
