The SHJ Army has been requesting we bring in Toji for quite a while now – and the day has finally come.
Toji is going to be welcomed into our Jujutsu Kaisen Inspired Workout Database with open arms as he likely even becomes one of the most popular characters currently in our Anime Workouts Database.
And while I’m sure you guys won’t even need it considering you’ll be too busy taking on this routine – he’ll also be added directly into our Jujutsu Kaisen Workout Placement Quiz for other members of The SHJ Army to utilize.
I’m curious if you guys think Toji even deserves to sneak in either of our lists breaking down our Most Powerful Jujutsu Kaisen Characters and even our Most Popular Jujutsu Kaisen Characters.

Toji Fushiguro’s height guesstimates are actually all over the place.ย
Some had him coming in as short as 5’4, where others guessed closer to 5’9-6’2 range comparing him to other characters.
Wolverineย was the shortest spot among comic characters weโve seen at 5โ3, prior to theย Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtlesย coming in at 5โ2, (andย Gimliย even shorter) โ butย Damian Wayneย (Robin) is only 5โ4.ย ย Gokuย isnโt that tall either, though, standing only 5โ7, withย Miles Moralesย only an inch above him.
One Punch Manย falls in at 5โ9 right there withย Ryu,ย Nightwingย at 5โ10, and thenย Spider-Man,ย Daredevil, andย Green Arrowย coming in around 5โ11 andย Beastย joining them.
Weโve hadย Supermanย and Eddie Brockโsย Venomย at 6โ3, andย Captain America,ย Scorpionย andย Batmanย at 6โ2, and Carnage at 6โ1.ย Thorย andย Cyborgย are towering over them at 6โ6,ย Thanosย andย Kingย right there with them at 6โ7,ย Baneย at 6โ8, andย Deathstrokeย right below at 6โ5, andย Black Mantaย at 6โ4.
Ronanย andย Sagatย are 7โ5, andย Doomsdayย came in at 8โ10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.

Toji Fushiguro Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I donโt think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You canโt out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.

Toji Fushiguro Workout Routine Research
Weโve made it to โthe fun partโ.
And, if you donโt know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
We’ve obviously seen a good handful of Jujutsu characters by now, and one of those is Toji Fushiguro’s son Megumi Fushiguro.
Megumi is another one of our super powerful and popular character – as I suppose he takes after his father – and just like Megumi we’ll be pulling right from Toji’s Wiki Fandom page to learn more about who we’re working with for this one.
Here’s how they start us off:
Toji Fushiguro, bornย Toji Zeninย is a recurring character in theย Jujutsu Kaisenย series. He was a former member of the Zenin family and the infamous assassin known as theย Sorcerer Killer, contracted by theย Time Vessel Associationย among other groups throughout his time as aย non-curse user. He was also the father ofย Megumi Fushiguroย and former enemy ofย Satoru Gojo. While working for the Star Religious Group, Toji serves as the primary antagonist of theย Gojo’s Past Arc.
If you can’t already tell: Toji Fushiguro is extremely strong.
They give us a TON of information about his overall powers and abilities, starting with:
Overall Skill Level: While Toji is technically a non-curse user with no innate talent for jujutsu, he was one of the most elite fighters in the jujutsu world when he was alive. With innate physical prowess far superior to all others in his path, Toji contended with the most dangerous and highly ranked jujutsu practitioners this era had to offer.
He was able to defeat special grade jujutsu users on three separate occasions, one of which was a young Satoru Gojo, who at the time was still considered a prodigy and one of the world’s strongest sorcerers.ย The other sorcerer who was considered the strongest at the time was the curse manipulator, Suguru Geto, who was effortlessly taken down by Toji along with several of his strongest cursed spirits. Toji himself referred to Suguru’s abilities as rabble compared to his own strength.
From there they go on to breakdown a few more battles, moving from Suguro Geto to even discussing a bit about Yuta Okkotso.
After that they talk about his advanced tactical intellect and how he’s a weapon specialist/master, before then breaking down some of his individual abiltiies as follows:
Enhanced Senses: Thanks to his Heavenly Restriction, Toji’s lack of cursed energy resulted in his five senses being heightened to their absolute peak. He was able to see curses and jujutsu with just his elevated senses and even developed a resistance to them.ย This also allowed Toji to track sorcerers without the use of residuals, as he was able to follow human footprints and odors.
Immense Strength: Toji possesses a superhuman degree of physical strength, enough so to effortlessly yank Playful Cloud from Maki’s hands, another person with great physical gifts.ย Using Playful Cloud, a tool that depends on physical strength, Toji was able to easily smash through Dagon’s hardest shikigami.ย With another cursed tool, he was able to cut through Suguru’s toughest curse, and used his bare hands to beat Takuma Ino’s face so badly he almost died.
Immense Speed and Reflexes: Toji has been noted on several occasions to have superhuman speed, so much so that its impossible for his opponents to read his moves. He was able to dodge Satoru’s cursed technique Lapse: Blue, completely avoiding the field of attraction before Satoru even realized it.ย Megumi also stated that Toji was ridiculously fast, even faster than Sukuna with two fingers.ย In their fight, Toji was able to avoid a point blank stabbing attack despite getting his foot caught in Megumi’s shadow thanks to incredible agility and reflexes.ย He also stated that seeing Toji while he moves is near impossible and was impressed his speed rivaled that of Sukuna’s without cursed energy.
Toji’s speed was also enough to easily counter Suguru’s curses in their exchange. He quickly avoided Suguru’s Rainbow Dragon by moving on top of a building despite the swift curse being right in front of him. His reflexes were also quick enough to counter Kuchisake-Onna’s scissor blades, which were already so close to him they were cutting his flesh when he first noticed them. As soon as Suguru came in close range, Toji cut him and the Imaginary Vengeful Curse down in a flash.
While we won’t be able to train for enhanced senses when it comes to this style of routine, we will be building this one around Toji Fushiguro’s immense strength and speed.
Luckily for us the speed will come from the strength work that we’ll be utilizing so we are able to really jump in and put all our training style towards strength while finishing off with some circuits just to put the speed work to the test.

Training Volume:
4+ days per week
We’re going to be training with 4 days that revolve around our compound lifts, giant sets, and then a circuit finishing blowout to put that speed and strength to the test. I’ll also include resources for you to utilize if you want to step it up a notch, but the lifting and programming for this one will be intense enough to where I recommend utilizing your off days to rest and recover.

Question: (noob here…so) I’m just joining a gym. Is it ok if i follow this plan is a beginner?
Yes, it is, BUT I would consider taking breaks when needed in your Giant Sets, and also consider scaling down by cutting some of the movements off the workout if you think it’s too much volume to start.
what would the diet look like

can you pls tell me your condition before you started this training and how long you’ve worked to see the result.
I was wondering how long should the rest be between sets?
There’s no perfect time. Rest as long as you need to without making the next set less effective (if you don’t rest long enough and can’t push as hard, for example), but not too long. I generally rest longer for compound lifts that I’m using pyramid training for, but less during straight sets.
Is it possible to do get toji physique despite of doing martial arts like muay thai?
What do you mean despite of?
On which day I train my Abs on this Plan (i am new at gym)
Just follow the routine as is and work on your nutrition and the abs will come.

1. Do you use straight set training, traditional pyramid training or reverse pyramid training
2. Do you keep the same weight every set or do you increase the weights per every set

4×12, 10, 8, 5 implies Traditional Pyramid Training so you’ll be increasing the load each set.
I also increase the weight on my straight sets, but 3×10 would imply a straight set, so that choice is yours. I prefer to work up regardless.
Hey Mike real quick, are the Giant Sets all in one day? Or are they broken up across the weeks?
Not only all in one day, but all in one set back to back to back. So you complete ALL the exercises back to back, then break after you’ve completed them all, and repeat for the total designated amount of sets.
