We have had a break from our JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Inspired Workouts that has stretched on long enough!
We’re back for some Pucci characters this week that are going to add a powerful flair to our current list.
Starting with Weather Report, AKA Wes Bluemarine – born Domenico Pucci.
Weather Report came in at number nine among our Most Powerful JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Characters and now he’s going to join some of our other insanely strong characters.
He didn’t quite make our list of the most popular JoJo characters, but he’s still a growing fan favorite as the anime continues coming out.
You guys were also asking for some more characters to fill out our JoJo Workout Placement Quiz and Weather Report should spice it up a bit.

There are no exact stats for Weather Report, but if they do pop up soon I’ll make sure to come in and update this part for us.
Overall he seems to strut the typical larger frame we see among a lot of our JoJo characters, but likely still dwarfed by tons of behemoths among our Anime Workouts Database.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Weather Report Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Weather Report Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To learn more about Weather Report we’re going to be pulling from his Wiki Fandom page, which leads with this:
Weather Report, real name Wes Bluemarine, born Domenico Pucci, is a major ally featured in Stone Ocean.
An amnesiac at his introduction, Weather Report is a fellow inmate who seeks his memory and allies himself with Jolyne Cujoh. It is revealed that he is Enrico Pucci’s fraternal twinW. Weather is a Stand User controlling the surrounding atmosphere through his ability, which is also named Weather Report.
They describe his appearance, which we’re breaking down being that we will likely be building this one around more of a cosplay-oriented workout, as such:
Weather Report is a man of above-average height and medium to athletic build.
And, to make sure we do him justice we’re going to still be breaking down his Stand, Weather Report, as well.
If we jump over to his Character Fandom they tell us this:
- Stand – Weather Report: A versatile Stand that can control weather in multiple forms:
- Vapor form: Weather Report can quickly formulate vapors to stop or distort enemies attacks. Attacking through the clouds can cause enemies to ignite due to the air resistance. These clouds can also be used to form a spacesuit that protects the wearer from air pressure changes.
- Weather Control: Weather Report’s namesake ability, from generating lightning, manipulating wind currents, and even the tides of the sea. Weather Report can also bring otherwise unlikely elements of the weather to rain down on enemies, such as poisonous frogs.
- Elemental Control: Having control over weather-related phenomena, Weather Report’s abilities also extend to manipulation of water, wind, electricity, and even the cold, as well as other elemental phenomena, and in turn separate from each other, being able to freeze liquids to their frozen state to even condensing water into various spaces which would be possible only through supernatural or paranormal causes.
- Electrocution: Weather Report can electrocute anyone who comes in contact with his body.
- Oxygen Build-Up: Weather Report can completely fill a room with oxygen, paralyzing an opponent indefinitely or intoxicating them with the lethal level of pure oxygen.
Being that we’re not going to be able to lift weights and do push ups and magically have a Stand of our own appear, we’re going to be instead training to unlock a Weather Report aesthetic.

Weather Report Workout Routine
4 days per week
Explanation:
We’re going to be sticking to a trusty four day split for this one to get Weather Reports athletic build. We’ll revolve around our big compound lifts, but you can scale down the entire routine by revolving around your weights and/or scaling any of the movements to dumbbell or kettlebell variations as needed. I’ll also be including a Weather Report Stand Circuit Test that you can complete every week, or even every few weeks to see how your fitness level is improving over time.
