We just added Weather Report to our JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Inspired Workouts and now it’s time for Enrico Pucci.
Enrico and Weather Report, also known as Wes Bluemarine (but born as Domenico Pucci) are actually revealed to be fraternal twins.
Which is fitting that they’re coming in one after another – but they’re also two of the most powerful JoJo characters.
Weather Report came in at number nine on the list and Enrico Pucci actually came in at number FIVE!
So while we’re not dealing with a character that has an incredible physique or replicable powers from training – we are still dealing with an extremely powerful one.
And, he’s also going to come in as a nice mix-up for our JoJo Workout Placement Quiz as well.

Like Weather Report, we don’t have any specific stats for Enrico Pucci.
We are going to learn that his Wiki lists him as “average to above average height” which actually means he’s almost definitely above average when compared to the majority of our male anime characters – but still dwarfed by our behemoths inside our Anime Workouts Database.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Enrico Pucci Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Enrico Pucci Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To start off our research we’re going to be pulling right from Enrico’s Wiki Fandom page, which starts off stating:
Enrico Pucci is the main antagonist of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean
A loyal follower and friend of DIO, he implements a plan long formulated by DIO to “achieve heaven”. Pucci is a Stand User and manipulates the mind and soul through his Stand, Whitesnake.
As we did with Weather Report, we’ll also be taking a piece out of his appearance section for this one being that we’re going to be building this workout around more of a cosplay-oriented routine for Enrico.
Here’s what they say:
Pucci is a dark-skinned man of average to above-average height and slim to fit build.
Where Weather Report was listed as “medium to athletic build” we see Enrico listed as “slim to fit build”.
Before I break down what we’ll be dong to achieve this, let’s move into his Stand: Whitesnake (and even talk a bit about C-Moon and Made in Heaven):
- Whitesnake, his first Stand, had the power to take away the memories and the Stand of one person in the form of compact discs. Without the discs, the person would start to slowly die. A disc could be given to another person. In the case of memory discs, anyone could read the person’s memories by shoving the disc into the head. For the Stand discs, a person would be able to control the Stand recorded in it, but only if the two (the person and the Stand) are compatible. Its second power is the ability to create an acid that can melt people similar to stomach acid. This acid also traps the victims in a dream-like state, making the victims fall asleep as the acid melts them. Pucci can also use the acid to disguise himself and his Stand.
- C-Moon, his second and more powerful Stand, created a large gravitational field around Pucci, making everything fall away from him. If anything was punched by C-Moon, this thing would be turned inside-out (even a person).
- Made in Heaven, his last and most powerful Stand, could make time in the entire universe accelerate, to the point that the cosmos would restart and make history repeat itself. Everyone in the previous universe is warped to this new universe. If someone dies in the previous universe, this person would be replaced by a similar person, who would experience the same things as the previous person.
And, again, like Weather Report, we won’t be able to hit this workout routine and magically be gifted one of these incredible Stands.
BUT, what we can do is shoot to achieve an Enrico Pucci aesthetic.
For that we’re going to be training with calisthenics and cardio to tone up like Pucci while also shredding down fat and getting lean and slim like him as well.
We also should note that Enrico Pucci “was born with a disfigured left foot”, but his Wiki Fandom continues on to mention that “this apparently did not hinder his ability to walk.”
So while he’s not the most athletic JoJo character (mainly because our JoJo’s are insanely athletic), we will be sticking to more of a beginner -> intermediate fitness level.

Explanation:
For this one we’ll be training with calisthenics 3 days per week and then also tacking on optional cardio (for fat loss and endurance) two days a week. I’m also including a Whitesnake Circuit Test as well – but you can come back to this as little or as much as you’d like to put your training to the test.

For your endurance, HIIT or MMA/Parkour days you have quite a few options.
You can utilize enforced endurance training that I will program for you based on your fitness level like we do with other workouts here at SHJ…OR you can do 45-60+ minutes of varied cardio (bike, treadmill, elliptical, stairs, row, swim, etc.)…OR you can even use the HIIT resources I’ll provide.
I’ll break it down in that order:
Option One – Run Based on Overall Fitness Level:
Beginner: 1-3 Miles
Intermediate: 3-5 Miles
Advanced: 5+ Miles
