I bet some of you think it’s been a bit too long since we’ve seen an addition to our Naruto Inspired Workouts – and I’m with you.
Considering Naruto is one of the most popular anime within our Anime Workout Database, I know (and you guys let me know) it’s important to keep the routines coming!
So now we’re back with yet another Uchiha.
Shisui didn’t join his Uchiha Clan in our lists on The Most Popular Naruto Characters or even The Most Powerful Naruto Characters, BUT he definitely deserves a slot here at SHJ among them.
I even had some members of The SHJ Army specifically ask if I can add Shisui directly into The Naruto Workout Placement Quiz as soon as he hits the site – which I will be doing!
Shisui Uchiha Stats:
Real Name: Shisui Uchiha
Height: 5’9
Weight: 152 lbs.
Anime: Naruto
Powers: Yes
Shisui Uchiha is actually quite tall compared to what I expected him to come in at.
We’ve seen a lot of male anime characters who aren’t behemoths like All Might and Escanor come in even shorter than Shishui’s 5’9.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Shisui Uchiha Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Shisui Uchiha Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
Although we’re going to be starting where we always do by pulling right from Shisui Uchiha’s Wiki Fandom, I am warning you in advance that the initial bio section is extremely short and doesn’t do much for us.
Here’s what they give us:
Shisui Uchiha, renowned as “Shisui of the Body Flicker“, was an Anbu from Konohagakure’s Uchiha clan.
I tried to warn you, but that’s even shorter than what we’re used to seeing from our My Hero Academia Inspired Workouts and the fandom we use there!
When we move into his powers and abilities section we get a lot more depth and can actually start utilizing it to build out this routine.
Here’s what they tell us about his overall abilities:
Even by Uchiha standards, Shisui was noted to be one of the most talented members the famed clan ever had. Danzō even hailed him as the strongest Uchiha of his time. His abilities allowed him to rise to rank of jōnin four years into being a shinobi and eventually a captain of his own squad. His prowess was so widely known that an entire squad of Kiri-nin quickly chose to flee upon learning of his presence rather than to confront him. A further testament to his prowess is the fact that Kabuto Yakushi wanted to reincarnate him for the upcoming war but was unable to find a sufficient DNA sample for it.
Yes, you read that right: “Danzo even hailed him as the strongest Uchiha of his time.”
And we know just how strong The Uchiha Clan is.
They also go on to tell us all about his physical prowess:
Shisui earned the nickname “Shisui of the Body Flicker” from his unmatched mastery of the Body Flicker Technique. Being his signature skill, he could use it to fade out of sight, leaving no trace of either his presence or indication of his destination. In the anime, his velocity and mobility was so great that he could leave behind multiple tangible after-images that could strike with actual force and could also move undetected by sensor ninja. In battle, his speed could seamlessly dodge barrages of projectiles and likewise outpace a group of enemies. He was also a proficient taijutsu user, able to defeat Itachi in several sparring matches. Furthermore, he had high tolerance to pain as he didn’t flinch from either of his eyes being removed.
Basically Shisui is coming in with a speed that almost resembles Minato.
His Wiki Fandom then goes on to talk all about his abilities in Ninjitsu, Dojutsu, and even his legacy, but for this one we’re going to be mainly focusing in on Ninja-like training and extreme speed.
Luckily for us, we have our Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System that has even been used to help train new U.S. Marines – so we’ll be pulling training methods right from there to turn into the Shisui of the Body Flicker.

For this one we’re going with a week similar to The Assassin Calisthenics 90 Day System that I made mention to above and we’re going to have three days of intense calisthenics training and then one day devoted to Endurance or HIIT with the final day being a Shisui Uchiha big circuit challenge!

Shisui Uchiha Workout Routine: Uchiha Endurance Training
For your endurance or HIIT days you have quite a few options.
You can utilize enforced endurance training that I will program for you based on your fitness level like we do with other workouts here at SHJ…OR you can do 45-60+ minutes of varied cardio (bike, treadmill, elliptical, stairs, row, swim, etc.)…OR you can even use the HIIT resources I’ll provide.
I’ll break it down in that order:
Option One – Run Based on Overall Fitness Level:
Beginner: 1-3 Miles
Intermediate: 3-5 Miles
Advanced: 5+ Miles
