So far our Invincible Inspired Workouts have been making some waves inside our Superhero Workouts Database.
Red Rush didn’t do as hot as our other characters – but these workouts have definitely inspired a ton of people to start taking action.
Which is why I want to keep it going and continue bringing in more characters here and there as we continue building out our overall Workout Database that now has well over 1,000 workouts for you guys.
And this time we’re coming in with a villain (although we’ve technically already seen a villain in our Omni-Man Inspired Workout as well), with the badass Battle Beast!
We’ve also already seen our Invincible Inspired Workout and our The Immortal Inspired Workout which both were really really popular among you guys in The SHJ Army – but I have a feeling Battle Beast is going to be another big one for all our superhumans looking to lift heavy and get STRONG.
Soon we’ll even have enough Invincible characters here at SHJ to make a Workout Placement Quiz for it.
Battle Beast Stats:
Real Name: Thokk
Height: 7’6
Weight: 776 lbs.
Comic/Show: Invincible
Powers: Yes
Battle Beast is ginormous.
He’s up there with the other behemoths we’ve seen among our fictional characters like Thanos, All Might, Escanor, and Gyomei.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.
We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Battle Beast Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.
Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!
Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Battle Beast Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To kickstart our research into the Battle Beast we’re going to need to pull some background information – which we’ll be using his Wiki Fandom page for.
Here’s how they start us off:
Battle Beast is a character in the Image Comics series, Invincible.
Battle Beast was once the planetary Guardian of his home planet. However due to the constant fighting, he would grow addicted to it and eventually leave to seek worthy combatants.
Battle Beast served under Machine Head in hopes of testing Earth inhabitant’s powers. After Titan and Invincible attempted to stop Machine Head, Battle Beast easily defeated Invincible and the Guardians of the Globe. While the other Guardians fought Machine Head’s henchmen, Bulletproof and Black Samson attempted to stop Battle Beast. They were nearly killed in the process. Disappointed with the performance of the duo, Battle Beast leaped through a teleport hole and left Earth.
When they move further into his character and get to his powers and abilities section that’s where we really start to see just what we’re working with.
Here’s how they break it down for us:
- Superhuman Strength: Battle Beast has strength beyond Human levels. He easily defeated Mark Grayson, and defeated Black Samson and Bulletproof simultaneously, nearly killing them both. His strength extends to his legs, as he is able to leap large distances in one bound. He was shown to be able to kill a Viltrumite and able to hold his own against several Viltrumites. He would also hold his own against Thragg until he was finally killed by him.
- Superhuman Reflexes
- Superhuman Endurance
- Fangs: Battle Beast’s fangs are capable of piercing Human skin and Superhuman skin. He was able to easily inflict damage to Thragg by biting him, a feat Dinosaurus was unable to do.
- Superhuman Speed: Battle Beast is able to move at speeds otherwise impossible to achieve by the average human.
- Superhuman Dense Tissue: Battle Beast has tissue that is much denser than the average human, thus attributing to his superhuman weight.
- Superhuman Stamina: Battle Beast has stamina beyond Human levels. Battle Beast generates fatigue toxins at a lower rate than a human would. Battle Beast has fought for days without showing any signs of fatigue.
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Battle Beast demonstrates some degree with combat skills with his fists.
- Swordsmanship: Battle Beast is skilled in the use of swords, axes, and maces.
For this one we’re going to be focuses in on that superhuman strength, speed, and endurance/stamina.
We’ll be lifting HEAVY to build mass and strength while incorporating endurance training similar to what we’ve seen from someone like Dwayne Johnson.
We will also be using tactics we’ve used in our Behemoth 90 Day System, and our 90 Day Systems have even been used to help train new U.S. Marines.
Think you can handle it?

For this one we’re going to be lifting HEAVY. We’ll still tack on some endurance work, but the main portion of this is going to be powerlifting and working around compound lifts. This is definitely not a beginner workout – so if you’re not an experienced lifter I would recommend choosing one of the 1,000+ other workouts within our databases.
