We’re back for some more Seven Deadly Sins Inspired Workouts.
We’ve only seen a small handful thus far, but you can bet on the fact that this section will grow out to be big just like the rest of the mini-databases within our Anime Workouts Database.
Although we have a ton of our Sins to get through and other awesome characters we can hit: you guys made it pretty clear you want to get Zeldris here at SHJ next.
So far we have seen our Meliodas Inspired Workout, Ban Inspired Workout, Escanor Inspired Workout, and Mael Inspired Workout – and I think next up after Zeldris it’s time to see some of the SDS ladies!
We even had Zeldris make it on our list of The Most Powerful Seven Deadly Sins Characters of All Time – so I think pulling the next few ladies from that list might be our best bet.
Zeldris Stats:
Real Name: Zeldris
Height: 5’0
Weight: 110 lbs.
Anime: Seven Deadly Sins
Powers: Yes
Zeldris is super short just like Meliodas.
His 5’0 brings him in as one of the shortest male anime characters we’ve seen.
Wolverine was the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4. Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.
One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.
We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.
Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.
But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

Zeldris Diet and Nutrition
**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero.**
Every hero needs to still have a good diet.
Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.
You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.
You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.
Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.
It’s all about sustainability.
AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Zeldris Workout Routine Research
We’ve made it to “the fun part”.
And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.
To kickstart our research for our Zeldris we’ll be pulling background information right from his Wiki Fandom page.
Here’s what they initially tell us about him:
Zeldris is an elite warrior of the Demon Clan, serving directly under the Demon King as the leader and Piety of the Ten Commandments. He is also the younger brother of Meliodas, as well as the youngest son of the Demon King, whom Zeldris also serve as representative and executioner.
Zeldris is extremely strong, as you’d imagine being a son of the Demon King and Meliodas’ brother.
When they move into his abilities section they give a LONG breakdown of just how powerful he is.
Here’s what they start us off with:
As the leader of the Ten Commandments, younger brother of Meliodas, and son of the Demon King himself, Zeldris is an extremely powerful demon. According to Meliodas, due to having being lent the magic power of the Demon King, Zeldris’ power can equal that of the Demon King and Supreme Deity, and that he has the power to remove the curse on him and Elizabeth. However, once Meliodas returned to become Demon King, he realizes that he overestimated Zeldris and states that even with the power Zeldris borrowed from their father, Zeldris’ power still pales in comparison to the true power of the Demon King to which Zeldris agrees. His aura alone terrified Arthur Pendragon, who states that his power rivals that of his old mentor, Cusack. His aura is also strong enough to completely terrify the countless heroes inside Excalibur. Even Cusack and Chandler, the two highest-ranked demons, fear his original magic power. Cusack stated that Zeldris is destined to surpass him.
We saw Cusack and Chandler both make our list of the Most Powerful Seven Deadly Sins Characters as well, so hearing that they fear his power is a huge thing to note.
His Fandom goes on to talk about his ability to form wings and fly, his aura, and more about his diverse powers and then moves into some of his combat skills, which they breakdown like this:
Zeldris possesses immense levels of skill in combat, as he was trained by both Cusack and Meliodas. He was able to single-handedly easily render Camelot’s entire military forces, the second most powerful kingdom in Britannia, completely powerless, without sustaining any injury. His fighting style seems to rely mostly on kicks, as shown during his fight with Mael and according to King, his skills in hand to hand combat are on the same level as Meliodas. Furthermore, he is capable of getting the better of his older brother, Meliodas, when he had not regained his true full strength and easily brought down Drole, the Giant King, with a single kick. He has shown to be extremely fast and has extraordinary reflexes, cutting Meliodas’ arm off in one swing before the latter was able to behead him. His speed in swordsmanship is said to be the fastest in all of the Demon Realm, which is proven true, as shown when he fights evenly with Ludociel in swordsmanship, only getting one more injury. He is extremely durable, as he was unfazed after taking a kick by Meliodas to his head with his demon mark activated and even survived being hit by Escanor’s Cruel Sun at close range. Even when hit by a very powerful attack from Ludociel, he only sustained minor bruises. He even survived a powerful finger-jab to the stomach from Escanor’s The One form and even Ludociel’s Gold Shining although he was severely injured from the attacks. He also possesses tremendous physical strength, as shown when he held back Escanor’s Divine Sword Escanor attack for a significant amount of time before falling back.
For this one we will also make note of the fact that Zeldris is reliant on kicks to overwhelm his opponents and put an extra effort into hitting our legs more than once per week, even if it’s just through movements and exercises that work them secondary.
On top of this we’ll be obviously focusing in on build immense strength and speed – while needing extreme endurance as well.
So get ready for high volume and intensity for this one.
